Description
The new Fast+Epp Home Office is currently under construction, with the superstructure recently topping out after a quick 4-week erection period. The building is 4 storeys of clear-span mass timber which highlights the speed, efficiency, and simplicity of this construction type. The structure features full-height CLT shearwalls with self-centering spring-loaded earthquake devices (Tectonus), a CLT firewall, electrochromatic glazing for dynamic sun-shading, and an open office floor plan verified through in-situ vibration testing.
Representatives from Fast+Epp will provide a short presentation before the guided tour.
